Our Best Potato Salad

And here’s another potato salad recipe for your summer meals…

  • 1 cup sandwich spread
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
  • 4 cups diced, cooked potatoes

Stir together sandwich spread and milk until well blended.

Stir in next 4 ingredients.

Add potatoes, toss to coat.

Chill.

Makes 5 cups. This is very good.
